<p>Nothing is a turn-off if you wear it confidently. Left ear, and while you should get a ring initially (makes it easier to clean), think about replacing it with a stud if you have an earring on the lobe.</p>

<p>Remove your left earring and get your right ear lobe pierced. Get you cartilage pierced on either ear. Then it would look straight.</p>
