Which Economic major should i go for?

My college ‘University of Minnesota’ offers four undergraduate programs. I’m not planning to go to grads school.

Economics - Quantitative Emphasis B.A.
Economics B.A.
Economics B.S.
Applied Economics B.S.

1.What kind of jobs can i get with those degrees?
2.Which is the best for someone who is planning to work right after undergraduate?

Thanks.

Economics is divided into theory and policy. Quantitative is offered in grad. Theory is more math based and policy is more model and application base. most people who want to continue their education follow a theory path. Policy is typically for those who want to work right away after 4 years.

I recommend you take the policy path which is a B.A in Economics.

courses include micro/macro/intermediate micro/macro statistics__money and banking
