Which engineering is more difficult...

Which engineering is more difficult? Aerospace or Nuclear engineering?

Nuclear is by far the hardest engineering. But if yo plan to do nuclear its just better to join the navy its a overall much more intense education, like i think another poster here mentioned.

Aero at my school is hard, seemingly much harder than Mechanical. I don’t know about Nuclear though.

I’d say they are about the same in terms of difficulty.

that Q’s definitely depend on which school you are looking at.

alot of aerospace engineering is ‘linked’ to mechanical engineering. (you will receive BSE in so-called ‘aerospace and mechanical engineering’. but you will probably take PE in ME)

and nuclear engineering is hard but only few has it. (like… if you are talking about MIT, nuclear engineering is probably harder.)

These are two different animals which are both quite potent.

It depends on what you find difficult–fluid mechanics and mechanics or advanced particle physics.
