Which essay topic does this fall into?

(explain how it involves nursing and helping broken people). I see myself in them and I remember the pain. I take my past misfortunes and put them to use (turn your miseries into your ministry). Being a painfully shy new kid in 8th grade and was very alone.
Slowly I grew up, became outgoing, and became the person my 14 year old self would have never imagined.”</p>
