Ok, I am an international student, and I’m going to apply for 2013 class. I know that I can do well in all subjects except for literature. Which 3 exams would you recommend me to take, to show a college that I don’t have skills only in one area?

I mean, i don’t want to take Math, Physics, Chemistry. I want to show some diversity in exams.

thank you and sorry for my terrible english.

The College Board splits the tests up into five categories:

English

* Literature

History and Social Studies

* U.S. History (formerly American History and Social Studies)
- World History

Mathematics

* Mathematics Level 1 (formerly Mathematics IC)
- Mathematics Level 2 (formerly Mathematics IIC)

Science

* Biology E/M
- Chemistry
- Physics

Languages

[A bunch of languages]

Since you aren’t a native English speaker, the language tests are less important, and you shouldn’t attempt Literature. That leaves three categories. I suggest doing Math Level 2, whatever science test you would do best on, and whichever of the history tests you would do best on.

So you think Math IIC/Physics/US History would it?

With math and physics I don’t have any problem. My doubt is… do you think it is best for me to choose US History or World History? As I said, I don’t have any problem studying, and I like history. Do you think taking US history would speak better of me, or is it the same?

Thanks

I think those three would do it, and I doubt it matters whether you take US History or World History.

Ok, thank you very much!

What’s the difference between Math 1 and Math 2 ?

How does Physics, Spanish, and Math 1/2 sound ?

Math 2 is more advanced, and I hear that it’s taken much more seriously than Math 1 (especially if you’re a science/engineering person).

theres also a much better curve for math two.
