Hi! I’m planning to enroll in RCC or WCC and want to transfer to ivy or NYU through honors program.
So which one is better?

The specific honors program doesn’t really matter. CC is known to be a social deadzone, but your mileage may vary.
RCC’s honors program is excellent. My son transferred from RCC Honors to Cornell!
