<p>I have been applying for internships and currently have 2 offers on the table. My GPA is only a 3.0 so I am rather lucky I have anything.</p>
<p>2 choices are:</p>
<li>Grant Thornton </li>
<li>A 2 billion dollar PE firm as an accountant</li>
</ol>
<p>GT would give offer a more well rounded approach to accounting and the PE firm would most probably pay more when and if hired full time, but would give me experience that would be obviously, very narrow. </p>
<p>I have had to network to get these positions instead of the traditional 1st round/2nd round and will most probably have other offers later on due to some upcoming lunches and dinners with partners at other firms. But as of now, GT is the most appealing, even over the big 4 and the PE position I know hardly anything about.</p>
