Which is a better high school schedule...

Either this:
AP Physics B
AP Calculus AB
AP English Language and Comp.
AP Macro/Microeconomics
AP Chemistry
Spanish III

Or:
AP Physics B
AP Calculus AB
AP Macro/Microeconomics
Medical English 11
Medical Careers 1
AP Chemistry

Or:
Everything above, except taking Spanish III instead of Medical Careers I.

I have always wanted to become a doctor, so I feel the need to take Medical English and Medical Careers. I have to take Medical English to take Medical Careers, but I don’t have to take Medical Careers to take Medical English. In other words, I can take Medical English without taking Medical Careers. If I took Medical Careers, I would not be able to take 4 years of Spanish, AP Biology (senior year), or Human Anatomy and Physiology (senior year). So, what do you think? What will colleges/universities think?

Which schools are you wanting to apply to? Some of them require three years of a language.

It all depends on what box your counselor marks off regarding course rigor – if you’re looking at a top school, they’re going to want you to take the most rigorous course load available to you. It’s a very important part of applications.

I would say the first one, it looks more well-rounded to me. I’ve noticed a lot of schools look for that. But then again, I’m not an admissions officer or anything. It’s really up to you and it differs between schools. I agree with franzferdinand, that you should always go for the more rigorous course load.
