Which is best for ChemE?

<p>I have recently been accepted and planning on getting accepted into a few school with various financial aid. Which one is the best option going in for a ChemE degree? </p>

<p>University of Wisconsin- $40,000
University of Delaware- About $30,000
Rowan University- $4,000</p>

<p>I know there are many factors but I think I would be happy at any of the schools. Maybe Wisconsin a bit more than the other two. Which would have the best job outlook and best education. Also factor in the cost of tuition and other fees.</p>
