Which is better bio, pre-med school?

I have been accepted into Rutgers New Brunswick, and Drew University and I'm waiting for (and very confident that I'll get into) UMBC, TCNJ, and Drexel. I'm majoring in biology and taking pre-med courses. I'm planning on applying for a MD/PHD program after undergrad but I'm really stuck on which of these schools would offer the best medical training for MCATs, which would look better on my application going in, and probably most important, where would I get the best opportunities for research. I don't know if it's too specific at this point but I want to do research in diabetes or immunology. Any helpful input would be greatly appreciated.
