Which is more representative?

Good Evening.

I want to ask you this:

On Wednesday I did an SAT Practice Test.
However, I did it separately.
With this I mean that I did the test by sections and not as a whole.
I started with a whole section (first the 3 sections of math, then writing, and finally reading), give myself a 30 minute break, and went to the other section.
In the end, I got these results:

Math: 760. Reading: 620. Writing: 540
Total: 1920

Today, I also did a Practice SAT Test.
However, this time I did it as a whole, and my scores drastically lowered:

Math: 710. Reading: 560. Writing: 480
Total: 1750

Which score is more representative?
I just have 2 weeks left until the November SAT and I want to practice the right way.
Please help me.

*In the writing section, since I suck at the essay, I assumed that I got 2/12, which is being WAY too optimistic.
I also worked according to the time I actually have in each section.
I’d apreciate your advise. Thank you.

The second one.

Okay.

I’ll try to do the tests I go the same way.

Thank you!
