<p>Hey ppl, I need your help can u guys pls tell me which dorm I should choose. I am personally looking for a single suit/ apartment sort of thing and am a business student…I know ppl say you should live with a room mate but a i dont want that at the moment so…however i still want a dorm where its pretty social and fun u know…</p>
<p>and also more importantly if i pay for The Dorm Fee right away( I really want a good single room) does that mean i have to attend Northeastern?</p>
<p>Paying the housing fee doesn’t mean you have to attend. The earlier you pay it the more housing priority you have. BUT it doesn’t matter how early you pay it unless you have a medical reason for needing a single as a freshman you are not likely to get a single. You’ll have to live with a roommate.</p>

<p>IV has co-ed floors, but you’d be sharing a bathroom with people of the same gender. Although I do believe there is gender-neutral housing in IV.</p>
<p>See I am a business student so ideally I should be with one of the LLC’s that they are offering but then I saw that International Student LLC get a place at international village which I hear is awesome…So I was wondering whether I should consider that option or the business if i opt for LLC…</p>
<p>But Ideally I really want my own room and my own bathroom even if it is a bit mroe expensive? do u guys no any way I can assure myself this…I know u have said no but if i request a few times specifically can i get this?</p>

<p>If you really want IV, go for the International LLC and see if you get it. Even if you do manage to get a single though, you will be sharing a bathroom with your suitemate. I can’t really speak to any other dorms. I’m not really sure of how housing works, so I don’t know the chances of you getting what you request.</p>
