<p>I hear different things about different books, but in the end…aren’t they all the same? Isn’t it just how you hard you study?</p>
<p>If you’re only going to use one book, use the BB.</p>
<p>If you use a book that doesn’t have a similar format to the actual SAT, then you will definitely be put at a disadvantage. I think I read a post on one of the threads where someone put down a Kaplan book because it had a different format, although it might have been an older book, which would have been the reason for that.</p>

<p>Read through Barrons, if you don’t like the strategies, the it’s useless. If the strategies are inspiring, then yay, you’re on eof the few people who found use in it.</p>

<p>People say not to do the tests, but I think that there is value in the practice you get with writing and math because they still test the same concepts… :P</p>
<p>^I agree. The CR questions are not even close to what the real thing is like. In fact, if you can borrow it from a friend, I would advise you do a single CR section from any test just to see what it’s like. Just a warning though-it’s not pretty.</p>
<p>Guys, stop bumping this thread. This question has been asked a million times. If the TC is too lazy to do a forum search, that’s his problem. If you guys keep answering these questions every time they pop up, you’re just going reinforce this type of behavior. Make him look around a bit. The information IS DANGLING RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIS FACE. (i’m talking about the stickies, of course).</p>
