Which is the better option?

Hi guys,

So I’ve taken the SATs three times, and currently have a superscore of 1860. I was wondering if it would be better to take the SATs one last time this January and try and get a score closer to 2000, or if I should take SAT IIs and stick to my current SAT 1 score. I don’t have a very high GPA, so I am kind of trying compensate for it through my SATs, essays and other aspects of my application.

(I am mainly applying to liberal arts colleges-- skidmore, union, lafayette, wesleyan)

Thanks!

Yes, you definitely should try to get that score closer to 2000 for the schools you mentioned, especially Wesleyan, which sounds like it will be a super-reach.

Thanks a lot!
Most of my schools are reaches, which is why I am not expecting any acceptances. I am 90% sure I’ll head off to community college and then transfer.
