Which is the better school: Baylor or Oklahoma?

I’ll be a biochem major trying to finish pre-pharmacy courses to try and apply to a pharmacy school after college. So in terms of science (specifically Bio and Chem) which school–Baylor or Oklahoma University–is better? I also want to add that (and this isn’t meant to sound boastful or anything) I’m applying to both schools as safeties because I am offered full-rides to both if I get National Merit.

Both are good…I think people will say Baylor is slightly better, but probably not for science. Waco and the Baptist-affiliation could be drawbacks for some.

Friend attended OU for undergrad…biochem major and an ubersmart guy. He got his PhD, did postdoc work at Harvard and now working for Genentech.

No dancing permitted at Baylor. At OU they dance in the stands after every touchdown. That’s a lot of dancing.

C’mon, dancing has been allowed at Baylor since 1996.

Have you visited both schools? I think both are great - it’s a matter of taste and fit.

I sort of think of Baylor before OU in science, but I’m no expert.
