Which is the odd school out?

Which school doesn’t really fit with the others based on area of focus? Looking at interdisciplinary sciences…

Columbia U
WashU St. Louis
Northwestern
Yale
MIT
Cornell

Also, what makes it different- just narrowing down my list.

Well…

Yale and Cornell are different from the others when it comes to setting. Both are in relatively small towns, while the others on your list are in big cities.

Columbia is different in the sense that it just has a really unique vibe. I don’t know quite how to describe it.

Northwestern and WUSL are different because they’re in the Midwest (which means outgoing, midwestern hospitality - a bit different from what you’d find on the more reserved East Coast).

MIT is different because it’s a tech school.

…

If you’re trying to narrow down your list, it might be better to tell us about what you’re looking for in a school. Then we can give you better insight on which to take off.

The way I see it, they’re all pretty random!

I’d say MIT because the others have accomplished law programs and MIT’s may be weaker
