Which of these schools superscore the SAT and/or ACT?

I tried googling the list of schools that superscored, but every website I’ve looked at contradicted one other. The school websites themselves don’t have information half the time, or they state that they superscored for applicants some previous year.

I just want to know for these schools:
Indiana University - Bloomington
University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign
Cornell University
Johns Hopkins
University of Wisconsin - Madison
Washington University at St. Louis
University of Michigan - Ann Arbor
Northwestern University
Case Western Reserve University

Thanks! Do you know how likely it is for colleges to change their minds about superscoring? The document says that it’s accurate as of 2012, so I just want to be sure…
