Which one is better? (SAT vs. ACT score)

<p>Is an ACT score of 34 more competitive than a 2260 on the SAT?</p>

<p>I know that they technically match up if you look up one of the online concordance tables, but I’d like to know which one would look better in terms of prestige in general.</p>

<p>They are the same, more or less.</p>

<p>ACT tests general knowledge. SAT focuses more on problem solving.</p>

<p>SAT also has a fairly decent correlation to IQ.</p>
