Which one is better to mention on Common Application?

<p>Hello everyone.Please help me with this:I have been studying English for as long as i remember myself. I was also in an English club. So, I have trouble deciding which one I should put on my Common App. Just to say Independent study of English? Or shall I write English club and independent study of English seperately? Will it be ok just to say ind. study of English?</p>

<p>English Club. Almost anything that has the word ‘club’ in it will get you some points. Independent Study sounds like something you would talk about in the ‘Additional Info’ section.</p>
