So since next year will be the first year where schools have 25-75 percentiles for the new SAT, I have to rely on conversions and percentiles for my score to see how I stack up. Anyways, when I use the conversion on CB, I have a 1970 on the old SAT, which is not so hot. HOWEVER, when I use percentiles, I stack up with someone who would have a score of 2020-2040 (2110 if I use the Nationally Representative Sample). So which one is more reliable? I would think the User percentiles, since they actually tell you how well you did compared to people who actually took the test.
