Definitely put it on the application. Reach out to the coach to see if you would be an impact player and if he/she will advocate for you.
Shouldnt put it on unless you can play reasonably well or have played for a long time. Most of the schools you listed are members of the Ten Schools so they don’t actively “recruit.” Much of their recruiting is on paper and by video. If you put it on your application they may call or email your coach or school to get their opinion of you as a player.
