Which programs accept out of staters?

<p>I know i’ll be at a disadvantage no matter what because Wisconsin got rid of their BA/MD program. </p>

<p>But which schools/programs are good to people from out of state?</p>

<p>UMDNJ/TCNJ does accept a few out of staters.
I think also Northwestern and Rice accept a few too.</p>
