As fall is here and in full swing, we’re being notified of multiple regional presentations in our area. I imagine everyone else is fully aware of which colleges are coming to their hometown - I’m interested to see which ones people will be attending this fall with their DS/DD.

We went to the Colleges that Change Lives and will go to a few regional college fairs. We missed the Claremont Colleges fair due to a community service project, but will keep our ear to the ground for another return before S would apply for 2012.

As a parent of a senior, we’re done with college fairs. We have our list already. Colleges are sending representations to my d’s school on various days; however, so she has made appointments to meet with the ones on her list.

We will go to the College Fair next Sunday. Attended the WashU presentation last week. Univ of Chi will be at S’s school. Wish Colleges That Change Lives was coming to the Phoenix area.

I feel the fairs are much more for juniors too - it’s way late for a senior to be at a college fair I think.

Well, the question for a sr, is that whether it is a way to show interest in a school he didn’t visit?

Kiddo has had a sports event every yr on the day of the big college fair.—
We did do 2 evening presentations–ones that were a group of schools, I forget exactly–I know of the 2 evenings we saw 3-4 colleges each
So we have done 3 college tour trips, 1 trip we did 7 schools, one we did 4 and another for 2.
