I have taken around 3 more credits than the regular amount (28). Remaining courses are Regular.

I would also list experience with Social Marketing, Website creation, Public Relations, and others along those lines.

I do not plan to get accepted by any of the colleges listed above, but its worth a try. Now my most reasonable plan is to apply to the Honors Business Program at my local community college. The name of the program is the Macklin Business Institute. It is an honors program that was created and funded by the New York Stock Market. My intentions are to attend the 2 year program and attend one of the colleges listed above after through transfers.

My question to you is, is this a pragmatic option? Is there any chance I could be accepted at any of the schools listed above? I spoke with the Macklin Business Institute’s director, he said that he has gotten kids into UPenn, NYU, Etc., But I do not know whether he was exaggerating or not.

Please give me insight, thank you!

Probably zero chance at listed schools unless you get 21++ on SAT

But you’re not bad enough for community college…

I have to say, I agree with the above poster ^^^, you’ll have to really up that GPA and SAT’s, so unless you do that or write some ridiculously killer essays, I doubt you’ll get into those colleges. Though based on your EC’s I think you’ll do very well in business school. Good luck, whatever happens!

There is no point in chancing unless you can get at least a 2100 SAT.
This might cheer you up.

You people can be unbelievable. UMD is in reach most definitely for you. I don’t know what people are talking about. You’re fine there. The others are huge reaches but dont give up hope. I suggest looking into Loyola and Washingon College as well. However, UMD is within reach. I hope the 21++ comments are just sarcasm for UMD.
