I’m applying to schools as an international relations/studies major… and my SAT II’s for those scores aren’t that great. Which do you recommend I send in?

Math II: 770
Math I: 750
Biology: 700
Physics: 700
American History: 650
Spanish: 680

How many are required? And what school are you sending them to?

Depending upon the answers to jgraider’s questions…

…I tentatively suggest sending Math II, Spanish, Biology, and Physics.

Although you’ve done well on both math tests, there’s no point in sending both; colleges will already know from just one of them that you’re a capable math student. As for Spanish, that seems most relevant to an international studies major. Biology and physics demonstrate that you’re competent in a range of academic areas.
