Which SAT IIs to take

I am interested in pursuing an education in science or math and those are my best subjects, however, this year I took AP Physics C: Mechanics (my school makes mechanics and E&M separate classes), which did not prepare me for the topics covered on the physics SAT II. So I suppose I could take a math SAT II, but then I am at a loss as to which other SAT II I should take, some colleges require that one be taken in either biology, physics, or chemistry, but since I haven’t taken bio since freshman year and chem was last year those two also seem out of the question. So what other SAT II can I take? And has anyone ever heard of an AP test substituting for an SAT II?

If you can do AP Physics, then SAT II Physics won’t be much a problem

BTW, I don’t think AP can be substituted for SAT II. In fact, AP doesn’t even considered in the admission.

Well the problem is that this year I covered mechanics but the sat II covers mechanics, E&M, thermodynamics, and waves and optics I believe
