I got accepted to the business and entrepreneurship programs at many schools but have narrowed it down to these four:
Syracuse University Whitman School of Management
Indiana University (Entrepreneurship major but not Kelley Direct Admit)
CUNY-Baruch
Temple University Fox School of Business
These are all ranked programs but I might want to change my major within the business field while in school.
Which school will give me the best value for the best price, while still giving me a great college experience?
You should look at cost, the quality of each business school and the overall quality of the institution. In terms of a great college experience, the four are somehow different. Syracuse and Indiana will give you the more traditional college experience, complete with big-time sports. Temple and CUNY Baruch are urban campuses. Baruch is mostly a commuter school, but you would be in New York City. You will need to decide what is most important to you and weigh each school accordingly. Good luck.
Individuals perceive “value” very differently. To illustrate, there are kids and families who pay $300K for a private, first-tier LAC or National Research University undergraduate program, knowing the child aspires to be a schoolteacher. While for others, “value” in this situation would axiomatically equate to the affordability provided by an in-state public institution. Until you determine what are YOUR most valued educational attributes, no one can really suggest an answer to your question.
