<p>Every applicant on the 2010 Berkeley decisions thread had their pre-reqs completed by spring at the latest. </p>

<p>If you are finishing up your pre-reqs in spring 2012 you will be at a MINOR disadvantage compared to the people who finished their pre-reqs by fall 2011.</p>

Yes. Not sure why but being an international student does indeed lowers your chances of being admitted (this is across all majors, not just poli econ)</p>

<p>Heres the 2011 decisions, I looked over it couple days ago and I couldn’t find any Political econ majors.
