Which school is the best? MA, RI,CT

Hi everyone,
I am entering senior year this fall and am looking at schools around Ma, Ct, and Ri. Below I made a list of prioties for colleges.

  1. Local Area. Prefer to be close to the city and am able to go off campus if I choose to once in a while.
  2. Safety is very important to me. Especially since I like to run outside a lot.
  3. Looking into sports management, sports journalism, athletic training, and education (education so when Im married and with kids can be a teacher and not travel as much as I would with the other careers).
  4. Looking at Umass Amhearst, Lowell, and Darthmouth so insight on those schools would be great. :)
