Looking at schools down south such as Ole Miss and Florida State University.
I don’t know of any schools that give merit money based on volunteer work.
How generous? Maybe the group you volunteer with has a small scholarship.
But generous from a college without also having high stats? No.
Generous scholarships, like the name implies, are for accomplishments in school. Volunteering is an extra curricular.
“Cincinnatus is not just another scholarship program. With its focus on community service while enrolled, students turn their unique experiences, aptitudes, and abilities into a quality education at the University of Cincinnati.”

OP - It might help to disclose that you are a transfer student from a CC.
Stamps. http://www.stampsfoundation.org/
There are a few at Ohio State that focus on community service. Did you look at the merit scholarship pages at Ole Miss and Florida State?
Are the Stamps and merit awards at Ole Miss and Florida State open to transfer students?
Bonner scholars program.
But if you’re a transfer you’re not eligible
Hiram college does but I don’t think the scholarships are open to transfers.
Generally speaking, transfers get lower aid than freshmen.
What state are your parents residents of?
@thumper1 - I have no idea but assume OP can do further research. OP didn’t say transfer though I see someone else said so.

“Transfer students with at least a 3.0 transfer GPA on at least 48 transferable community college credit hours and an exemplary record of leadership and service.” seems typical but there are several there.
The OP posted this elsewhere.
Nice GPA. Hopefully OP returns to clarify.
