62442, Thanks! I’ve looked at that list a million times; I can’t believe I didn’t pay attention to that part. Silly me.

Hi ModJuliet03…

I think I am having deja vu all over again…

American
Temple
James Madison
DeSales
Plymouth State

you will find a few others on the big list…

a few not on the big list (I do not think…)

Christopher Newport
Emory and Henry

Muhlenberg does not offer a BA in MT, but a student can sort of “build their own” MT program between the Theatre, Dance, and Music offerings.

Indiana does NOT offer a BA in MT. It used to be possible to do an individualized study program in MT, but that has not been the case since they created the BFA MT program a few years ago.

:)

The MT prof at Viterbo told us they have BFA and BA. I believe both are auditioned. University of Wisconsin in La Crosse is known here for an excellent program, a non-auditioned BA.

You can add Wagner College, University of New Hampshire, University of Northern Colorado, California State University at Chico

University of Tampa in Tampa, FL (audition school)

Also, Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC (audition school)…although I do believe that it will become a BFA program in Fall 2010.

I auditioned and was accepted into both of these programs. They are very pretty schools near the beach and are fairly small.

Fairleigh Dickinson offers a BA in Theater Arts with an MT concentration.

I think the University of Tulsa and West Texas A&M both offer a BA in MT.

famousactress2b, can you tell me a little more about the University of Tampa? I’m very interested in the school.

clairethebear: I’ll send you a PM
