Also considering Emmanuel College and UAlabama.

It’s kind of late to be applying to additional colleges, especially since aid will be important because of a parent who is not working at the moment. The SAT scores together with your academic record may be of concern to some of the schools on your list. You have excellent ECs, but many colleges will be wondering if you can manage the academic workload.

Have you considered doing a gap year, or an additional year of study at secondary school if possible? This would give you an opportunity to work on raising your test scores, which would increase your chances at admission.

Another option is to apply to test optional colleges (such as Union, which is on your list). The challenge for you here is that those schools would be looking for a strong academic showing in high school. Maybe if you had a year of college-level work under your belt at your local equivalent to a US community college, that might help. You are going to have to think very strategically. Best wishes for success.
