Which schools should I be looking at with 1350 SAT CR+MATH score?

<p>Hey guys, so in my opinion, I didn’t do terribly and I didn’t do extremely well on the SATs this October. Here’s my breakup:</p>

<p>Cr: 630
Mth: 720
Writ: 690</p>

<p>Some of the schools I am looking at are BC, BU, Cornell, UMich, Georgetown, Northwestern, TCNJ, and Rutgers. What are my chances at these schools? Are they matches or reach? Also, what other schools should I be looking at?</p>

<p>Cornell and Northwestern seem to be pretty far reaches.
I can’t imagine you having too much trouble gaining acceptance into any of the others. Critical reading is a difficult section to coach :(</p>

<p>My score is only 10 points off your score. I am applying to Umich, and Cornell, and I consider both of those reaches. Georgetown, NW and Cornell are all around the same in terms of average SAT scores, so I think you would be a reach for those too but I would advise you to apply to all of them and hope your ECs and essay win the officers over. TCNJ and Rutgers should be safeties. Don’t know much about BC and BU.</p>

<p>I agree with Rutgers being a safety. Should be no problem.
Georgetown ignores the writing section of the SAT don’t they? I think that will really hurt the OP. The disparity between the CR and other two scores is really going to be a problem for any top 25 school in my opinion.</p>

<p>Yea thats what I am worried about that too (OP and my scores are extremely close CR is off by 10, Math is off by 20, and Writing by 20), but I think it should be fine if the rest of the application is alright or if you have any hooks.</p>
