Which schools would still award huge merit? (Full tuition or more)
Also, are there still schools that give outstanding need-based aid (even for Pell students) still taking apps?
I believe these have late deadlines:
UAH, full tuition
Wyoming, 10.4k (OOS COA 28k, so the scholarship is less than full tuition, unless WUE, in which case scholarship covers full WUE tuition)
Possibly Youngstown State, especially if Pell eligible and admitted to honors college, though priority deadline for FAFSA completion and honors college application was 2./15. I did the NPC with the stats listed and 0 EFC. Other possibilities: Elizabethtown, Susquehanna, Lycoming, Juniata, though I don’t know how much aid is still available at this latish date.
So is the 2/15 deadline hard and fast?
There were a few schools that announced they’d extended their deadlines. UChicago and Oberlin were two of them.
@mom2collegekids I have no idea how strict Youngstown State currently is about those deadlines. I just read about them on the website. My guess is that they may be willing to make exceptions for strong students. Remember last year’s thread?:

Mississippi College is still awarding merit.
I remember reading University of Arizona awarded merit up until May (last cycle though). Might be worth a look.
