Which score to use

I have a 2020 SAT (720 Math, 640 Reading, 660 Writing) and a 34 ACT (36 English, 35 Math, 31 Reading, 32 Science, 8 Writing).

Which test score should I use in my application? I plan on applying to schools like Rice, Cornell, Northwestern, Johns Hopkins, etc.

Some other info:
Subject Tests:
800 Math 2
800 World History
790 Chemistry
750 U.S. History

AP Tests
Computer Science A -5
Computer Science AB - 5
Calculus BC - 5
Chemistry - 5
U.S. History - 5
English Language - 4

Class Ranks: 3 of 655
GPA: 4.76 on 5 scale, 4.0 unweighted

Definitely use your ACT score.

Is that a good ACT score for those schools I want to go to? (Rice, Northwestern, Cornell, Georgetown, etc, still working on a list of what schools to apply to). How good are my chances with the 34 ACT, SAT 2’s, AP’s, and GPA/class rank?

It’s a solid score, that’s for sure. According to the conversion charts, a 34 on the ACT is equivalent to getting a 2260 on the SAT, which gives you a good chance at all the schools you cited.
