Which scores to send?

Facing a bit of a dilemma on which scores I should send from one SAT to two ACTs. Which should I send to colleges that only superscore SAT? Which should I send to colleges that superscore ACT? I do plan on majoring in a Social Science/English if that matters.

SAT (December):
ERBW: 680, 33 ®, 35 (W)
M: 710
Essay: 6/6/6

ACT (December):
E: 35
M: 28
R: 27
S: 25
Essay score not yet available

ACT (September):
E: 30
M: 29
R: 29
S: 22
Essay: 8/8/8/8

Dec ACT: 29
Sept. ACT: 28

What if my scores concord to each other? A 1390 is a 30. But I get what you’re saying. Dec 2016 SAT is my best individual composite score.
