Which sorority should i join?

<p>I am thinking about joining a sorority… but i don’t know which one to join…</p>

<p>is there one where…
-based mostly on studying? as in your sisters would help you and stuff?
-not too wild…</p>

<p>well im chinese, quiet (sometimes), and not SUPER social. one that’s drug free and hopefully no cigarettes either. one where ppl are suuuuppper nice. hopefully is there one that’s for asian? business? hahaha =) thanks.</p>

<p>also, are there clubs like astrology club at ucla? HAHAHAHHAHa</p>

  1. how to avoid being a loner in your college days? (i heard its hard to meet friends) HAHAHAHHAhahahahaa
  2. are people mean and selfish like they are in berkeley?
  3. is it as competitive as in berkeley?
  4. lots of asian?
  5. can i ride a bike?
  6. people are very image-conscious?
  7. can i just wear pjs to class…
  8. how can u do well in college? if you’re not organized? and ur kinda lazy? and you just can’t get yourself to study?

<p>Well, I haven’t joined a sorority but my room mate last year did and went through the whole process during fall rush. During rush, you actually visit all the sorority houses and gradually eliminate the ones you aren’t so fond of until you’ve narrowed it down to just a few you like. Hopefully the sororities that you like, like you too and you’ll get bid to join.</p>

<p>you should RUSH the sororities, meaning go meet them during rush week and find out first-hand about them (do note that during rush week, girls tend to be a little more “fake” though). see the other thread on sororities/fraternities for more details.</p>
