And by fail I mean 4 or lower.

I failed Macroeconomics with a 4 :(

And by fail I mean 4 or lower.

I failed Macroeconomics with a 4 :(

AP art history with a 4
epic fail lol

wow lmao…

Fail = 4 or lower is ridiculous.
I’m not going to answer this.

Look at the charts for HYPSM. They only accept 5s.

I don’t understand why a 4 is considered failing. According to collegeboard, 4s are well qualified for college credit.

Yeah, by the logic, everyone who isn’t admitted to HYPSM is a failure =D

you’re such a sarcastic soab. you fail at life.

Actually, I’m not considering HYPSM, because I can dual major easily if I stay in-state and go to UF Honors.

Besides, graduate school is where it really matters.

@ AKIttka, you’re damn right I’m sarcastic. I’m poking on all of you guys who are chancing yourselves with a 4.7 GPA, 2350 SAT and sixteen 5s on AP tests.

i failed human geo, euro, and bio with 4’s.

i should go jump off a bridge lol

instead of making a thread like this why don’t you start a thread titled “AP grades aren’t important for college admissions”. That’s where you can actually mock people who overemphasize AP grades for admissions by giving a strong argument.

For example…

AP grades aren’t intended for college admissions and will not get anyone into college. AP grades are used for college credit and are a nice supplement to an application and can confirm academic strength. However, not all schools or students for that matter have the opportunity to take AP courses; therefore, AP grades essentially cannot be used for college admissions. Also, a score range of 1-5 is clearly not intended for admissions purposes, but to show how qualified a student is in a particular subject (as CB says).

Then add in some punch line like you did with this thread. That is how you can really mock them.

I think that’s the best way to go. And i do agree with you, a lot of these “chances” threads are just ridiculous. I’m proud of my 3,4,5,5, scores :)
