Which to compliment ME?

Right now I am looking at a engineering dual degree program. The program offers options in physics and computer science.

I am wondering, which would better compliment a BSME degree?

And just for some background, I would like to work in the aerospace industry, but wanted to keep my options open. So if I were to attend grad school, it would most likely be in aerospace engineering.

If you want to compliment an ME degree, tell it it’s printed on nice paper.

Thanks for answering the question…

Anytime.

Incidentally, in response to the unrelated question of which major would best complement MechEng, I’d say CS unless you like Physics. Why? Odds are you’ll get all the mechanics you need for AeroEng in MechEng. However, taking some CS might get you up to speed in programming for a computation-intensive grad program in Aero. All you’d do in Physics relevant to Aero you’d do in MechEng anyway (classical mechanics).

Then again, you might get to work some upper-level math service courses (like vector calculus, advanced diffy-q’s, etc.) in a physics double major. If that’s the case, you can consider that.

Art, to better visualize and to model your design.

I was going to say Art as well, which is what I’m doing, except I’m an AeroE major.

I’d do computer science, the programming would for sure help you in the future.
Even beyond programming, simply thinking like a programmer will help you in problem solving and math.
