<p>hey lianri – i turned down cornell for tufts and also wondered… but have visited friends there enough to have an idea what it’s like collegetown is fun but in the end, boston was for me!</p>
<p>i also turned down northwestern, barnard, dartmouth, skidmore, jhu, nyu, and gtown for tufts. it wasn’t easy, but in the end, i think it worked out well. everything happens for a reason!</p>

<p>My neighbor just turned down Berkeley, Princeton, and MIT for Carnegie Mellon. Just liked the program, school, and location better.</p>
