<p>I am applying to Columbia ED.</p>

<p>Which essay topic do you think would be the most appealing of my character?</p>

<ol>
<li><p>My perseverance shown by describing how I overcame my multiple losses at elections and eventually switched from only wanting to win to wanting to improve myself. I was proud of my losses because they show who I am: persevering.</p></li>
<li><p>Grew up in Texas and moved to California after middle school. I will discuss the cultural shock I experienced even though my new school is 70% the same race as me. I plan to discuss transitioning from a lower middle class society to an upper middle class society and how I would add to diversity because of my experiences with different cultures.</p></li>
