Which type of scientific summer activity looks better?

I first want to just say I’m applying to summer programs based on personal interest rather than prestige, but I still am wondering how the following types of programs look in the eyes of admission committees:

A) Individual lab/research internship for high school students
B) Group lab/research internship for high school and undergraduate students
C) Group academic programs (e.g. SSP)
D) Local community college courses
E) University courses

Just wondering…

My opinion

 1. C, or something equally or more prestigious like RSI, anything lower is not too valuable on apps.
 2. B
 3. A
 4. E
 5. D, I don’t know about your CC, but at my local one the classes are by far way easier than an honors course at my high school.

The rest of these are about the same, so don’t pay much attention to the rankings.
2. A or B
3. D or E
4. SSP
