I have lived outside the US my whole life but I am from Maryland. In IGCSE I have 1A* 5As 3 Bs (A* in chemistry) and I have 35 predicted IB with 665 at HL. But my SATs are really low 1170 (630 math 540 English) other than Uni of Maryland and UMBC which other unis do you recommend I should apply to because I like to keep my options open.
For public schools in MD, that match your scores try: Salisbury State. Frostburg State, and Towson State.
These unis are too low for my standards, in England I have offers from the likes of Manchester, Bristol, Warwick, kings etc. Fair enough my SATs were low but atleast I could get into a decent uni in America?
I’m not saying you won’t get into UMCP and UMBC, just that they are reaches considering your scores. Apply and see what happens.
