I am from Pakistan and i have got 7A* 1A 1B in my olevels and gave 3AS level for physics economics and Maths and got straight As in them. Apart from that i gave final exams of my school for Further Maths and Computer Science in which i got As too because our school does not allow us to give AS for these two subjects. So basically i am going for 5 Subjects at Alevels and my predicted result is 5A* on my alevels transcript. I have done 2 years worth of community service which includes teaching to under previleged people and fundraising. I am also a keyboardist for like 8 years now and have been playing in my class team in football and cricket for like 4 years in total. Guys i want to apply to USA for engineering. My SAT is 1450/1600 but i am going to give another one in October to improve my score to 1500+. I need you people to suggest me good universities that i have chance and provide 100% financial aid for international students.
Very few American universities claim to cover 100% of demonstrated financial need for international students.
I believe the only ones that do, and that have engineering programs, are Harvard, Princeton, Yale, and MIT (which of course are all extremely selective … and also receive very large numbers of well-qualified Asian applicants).

Besides those few, many colleges with the most generous need-based aid for internationals are small liberal arts colleges that lack engineering programs. Many public universities with strong engineering programs (like Cal Berkeley) do not offer financial aid to international students. You can check each school’s online Common Data Set, section H6, to verify.
Some selective private schools that offer competitive (not automatic) merit scholarships include:
Duke
Vanderbilt
Tulane
Case Western

Your best options for good financial aid and decent engineering programs may be among colleges that offer automatic merit scholarships for GPAs and test scores that meet or exceed stated minimums. Here is one guide to those schools:

The University of Alabama may be one of your best options:
