Test Scores
26 ACT don’t have the writing score yet, it is being processed
1210 SAT 620 Reading, 590 Mathematics , 490 English (don’t know how that happened)
1230 SAT 640 Reading, 590 Mathematics, 470 English (still perplexed)

My interest is in international affairs and domestic politics. I think I am considered a minority since I am Indian/Pakistani.

Any ideas at my chances at UCLA, University of Florida, Georgetown, or any other universities.

You guys gotta be kidding. To the OP: Sorry to be blunt, but you have a horrible SAT, a mediocre GPA, and no, you’re not an URM (Indians are a minority but are not underrepresented in colleges).
You have absolutely no chance in Georgetown or UCLA - the median SAT for Georgetown is 1400/1600, and UCLA is even more selective than that for out-of-state students.

You’re in-state, so University of Florida would be easier, but keep in mind that your SAT is still far below average for their admitted applicants. I would strongly advise you to apply to a few safeties if you still have the chance.

I would have to agree with the last poster that Gtown and UCLA are enormous reaches with current stats. And he is correct that while Indians may be a minority in the US, they are an overrepresented minority at top American colleges making admission for them very competitive.

I don’t know Florida well enough to comment, but the OP needs to compare his stats to the data on College Board or a similar site to determine realistic schools.
