Yeah! Decisions will be released in about 1h 30 mins. I’m really excited but at the same nervous. I’m an international student from Cameroon, Africa.

Oh! I’ve mistaken the time difference. It’s in about 3h 30 mins. I guess it’s because I’m a bit paranoid

Does anyone know if the Garrett-Sherwood scholarships were issued with the decisions and financial offers today, or if they’re done separately?
I think they come out with the acceptance letter. My daughter was accepted and the $25K Whitman Achievement Scholarship was listed - but not Garret-Sherwood. 
I’m fairly certain G-S is announced at the same time.
No Garrett-Sherwood in my kid’s offer today, but there was a talent scholarship.
Same, was just hoping maybe it was a separate thing.

Is anyone heading to the first “Spring into Whitman” day this Saturday? We had planned to go but did a weekday visit on Monday instead. I am wondering what they will showcase and how it goes. (And if there is any extra swag! - We got nothing on Monday but it was a great visit and my daughter sat in on two excellent classes.) If you go - please report back.

We went yesterday and it was a wonderful event. Very personalized–always someone there to walk a family or two to the next event. We were able to tour all of the freshman dorms, the athletic facilities, attend a STEM poster presentation, had the option of sitting in on a mock class (since it was a Saturday)…just so much to do! We also ate at Cleveland and the food was amazing.
As for swag, Whitman did not disappoint! Whitman bags, nice glass water bottles, loads of stickers, frisbees, pens, ducks (my student’s favorite!), and even those little charms for Crocs.
