I’ve always been fascainated by things physically bigger than me - castles, huge parks, bridges, etc. I’d love to build these things for a living. I’d like to study some kind of architecture if it meant I would work on projects where the end result is massive. Who would be more likely to have these projects - traditional architects or landscape architects?

Probably the biggest projects are done by civil engineers; the huge infrastructure projects like roads and dams. Next would be architects, and finally landscape architects. However this would be impacted as much by your choice of firms than your choice of majors.
