<p>Above all, trust yourself. If you want a second opinion, ask someone who knows you well, not a total stranger. What difference would a stranger’s opinion make?</p>
<p>Look at people’s past posts. For example, myself. If you search around, you’ll see at least one full page worth of editing and responses I’ve posted. I PM a majority of my corrections for user privacy, but a couple of good responses are there.</p>
<p>If you see someone who posted 10 “pm me pm me” posts in the past hour, then that’s a bad sign. Common sense really.</p>
