<p>Im looking to build relationships with coaches. Who should I email the varsity or JV coach or thirds?</p>

<p>Who plays thirds is it the kids who cant make JV</p>

<p>Varsity. The Varsity head coaches are basically the GM’s of the whole system for that sport. Thirds are usually another way to say Freshman team, but it can have sophomores as well on that team.</p>

<p>Also, some Thirds teams may be masked as JV 2.</p>

<p>Rank:
Varsity > JV > Thirds/Freshman > Fourths (rare, but you’ll find them)</p>

<p>Definitely varsity. The only ones who can help are varsity sports, because as of what I am aware, varsity sports is where the recruiting happens.</p>
