Let’s say you pay that 100 dollar fee to reserve the spot. There is a different college that offers you a better choice and you change your mind and decide to go to the second college. Who do you contact to rescind the position? In general how would that work?
(I’m asking for someone who is a transfer so the date to commit to other schools has not passed yet.)
